My order hasn't arrived. Where is it?
If you visit Your Account you'll be able to see a delivery estimate for your order. If this date has passed with no sign of your delivery then we recommend that you ask the carrier's local depot if they've already tried to deliver it, or ask your neighbour if the package has been left with them. If there's still no sign of your order please check our Where's My Stuff? page for help.

Why does my order show more than one delivery?
If you chose the option to "Group my items into as few deliveries as possible" we'll make every effort to do that. However, we have several warehouses and not all of the items we offer are stocked at any single warehouse. Sometimes we'll split your order into a number of different packages so that we can take advantage of the items in stock at different warehouses. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.
I bought something from you that was delivered more than 30 days ago. Can I still return it?
We can only accept the return of items delivered more than 30 days ago if they're defective or faulty. You won't be able to use our Online Returns Centre in this case so you'll need to contact us.
